By using CVShift, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the service

CVShift is provided to assist with CV tailoring for legitimate job applications. You may not use the service to create fraudulent CVs or misrepresent your qualifications. The AI will not fabricate experience — any inaccuracies in your CV are your responsibility.

Subscription and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at £8.99. You may cancel at any time via the Account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of your CV content. The tailored output generated by CVShift is yours to use freely. CVShift retains rights to its software, design, and branding.

Limitation of liability

CVShift is provided "as is". We make no guarantees that using our service will result in job offers or interviews. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
